Pisey Khim – Managing Director of WRC
As Managing Director of Women's Resource Center (WRC) in Siem Reap, Pisey identifies the main concern for women and girls to be a lack of education and information about their rights and equality between women and men. Being involved with WRC since its doors opened, Pisey has witnessed countless women and girls who have experienced gender based abuse such as domestic violence, physical, emotional and sexual abuse and trafficking. Pisey strongly believes women and girls deserve protection to be free from any abuses and have equal rights and opportunity, the same as men.
