Marie Kaiser holds a Master’s degree in International Organizations and Crisis Management and specializes in international relations. Committed to the role of civil society in fostering sustainable and inclusive development, she contributed to the Resource Governance team at HBF Cambodia, where she authored articles on waste management, zero-waste practices, and gender dynamics in Cambodia.
